The team at CSIA was amazing! We were on a tight timeline to secure insurance that met the County’s requirements for a government contract, and Lindsey made the impossible possible!  They worked FAST!
When I say fast. I had 3 other brokers helping us at the same time, and she was the only one that really put in the effort and got us what we needed in a timely manner. We eventually got a response from other brokers about a week later and it was still incomplete:-/.

It took a couple of days to receive our quote, but our business has unique operations and insurance needs that required extra attention. Lindsey was very communicative throughout the process, answering my questions, addressing my requests, and keeping me informed along the way.

Joan also stayed with us through the certificate issuance process, helping ensure we received the certificates we needed. We truly appreciate their patience, dedication, and support from start to finish.

I simply cannot say enough great things about Contractor Solutions Insurance Agency, Tamara and the team over there. We were AN EXTREMELY HARD TO PLACE client as we are in the wildfire sector. Tammy handled us with grace, patience and efficientcy like no other. They made us feel confident that they understood our business and fought for us like they were our attorneys. I'm so grateful they are our new broker FOR LIFE. Do not think about it. Do not shop. They are the one and only call you need.
